Queen Bee Apiary is working to increase the honey bee population on our organic farm in beautiful British Columbia.
Queen Bee Sanctuary is creating a honey bee sanctuary, providing healthy, happy hives while aiming to lower pollinator mortality. We also plan to educate future generations on the importance of pollinators and their essential role on our planet. Our goal is to work with land owners and communities to sow native wild flowers in unused land areas and increase beneficial biodiversity for a healthy ecosystem.

I plan to have extra locally mated queens and nucs available in June.
If your interested in purchasing a nuc or need a queen or two please message me and I can make sure to put them aside. I am officially starting my Canadian Honey Bee Breeding program this year and all nucs will be fully inspected. My stock is bred from the best of the best in my apiary. My goal is to breed a truly Canadian honey bee with a checklist of the following traits.

We are looking forward in perfecting the queen rearing process and bee schedule this year. Focusing on details this year rather then expanding. I'm breeding for local varroa resistance, hygienic behaviours, winter survivability, good honey production, and gentleness.
